The Opening and First Day Dedicated to The Exhibition of (Technology and Writers) Within the Activities of The Global Entrepreneurship Week – 2019

In the presence of representatives of the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Sana’a Chamber of Commerce and Industry, microfinance institutions, businessmen and women from the private sector and the sectors related to entrepreneurs and the dear ones who prepared the event for them and they are entrepreneurs.
Part of the launch of the Global Entrepreneurship Week platform event, which was set up by the Business Support Center and its partners, Hemmat Shabab Foundation for Development and the Pioneers Foundation, under the generous sponsorship from Al-Kuraimi Bank, the main sponsor of the event at the center’s headquarters in the Yemeni Business Club, in addition to the opening of the exhibition of the Business Support Center, which was Special for Technology and Writers Day.

Art and Coffee Exhibition

Art and Coffee Exhibition is one of the exhibitions set up by the Business Support Center to support artistic entrepreneurs in the field of drawing and photography. The exhibition lasted for two days on 7/31/2019 and 1/8/2019, and 16 pioneers in the field of drawing and photography participated during the exhibition, and during the two days More than 250 visitors from businessmen and artists from the same field visited the exhibition and entrepreneurs showed their admiration and approval for the works presented.

Partnership Management Session

The Business Support Center in Yemen (BSCY) held within the series of Yemen Business Breakfast sessions today, Wednesday 6/6/2019, the sixteenth guiding and discussion session entitled “partnership Management” which contained a lot of information in managing partnership and some of the experiences in the same field in the world of entrepreneurship The session also focused largely on how to establish the partnership in a sound legal manner in a way that serves the projects to start from a solid foundation and improve the possibility of developing businesses. The session was moderated by Mr. Abdullah Shaaban in the presence of a number of business leaders from various fields and directions, which won the session constructive and diversified dialogue and achieved knowledge exchange.

The Fourth Day of The Global Entrepreneurship Week – 2018

The Business Support Center (BCS), one of the entities of the Yemeni Business Club (YBC), carried out the Global Entrepreneurship Week event on Monday 12/11/2018, which aimed to introduce the beneficiaries of young entrepreneurs and those interested in entrepreneurship through various activities to start implementing their ideas as entrepreneurial projects. The event, which lasted for four days, from 12 to 15 November 2018, included the participation of entrepreneurship experts, businessmen and youth potential to enter the field of entrepreneurship.
The event was attended by more than 300 people in various activities, including businessmen, entrepreneurs and entities working in entrepreneurship. The Business Support Center focused on two main activities, which are a platform for speakers, which aimed to highlight success stories in entrepreneurship and encourage entrepreneurs to develop their businesses, and introduce young people. On the topic of entrepreneurship and mechanisms of linking and meeting with the private sector and those working with entrepreneurship, in addition to disseminating the experiences of young entrepreneurs, financing opportunities, expansion and creating new partnerships between entrepreneurs, and it is worth mentioning that the event launched two pilot projects in the speakers’ platform, namely (Asilah Honey Project – Spotlight Company ).
The other activity was represented by an exhibition displaying the entrepreneurs’ products, in which nine different projects participated in which their products and brands were marketed.
The project came as a continuation of what the center had started since its inception, and to launch participatory projects at the local and international level.
